Ingredients

- apples………………………………………………………. 200 g
- powdered sugar…………………………………………. 150 g
- baking powder…………………………………………………. 1
- grated nuts…………………………………………………. 50 g
- eggs………………………………………………………………. 4
- butter………………………………………………………. 250 g
Preparation
Put sugar into flour, add one whole egg, three yolks, butter, baking powder and mix it together. Grate six big apples. Then divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part of dough. Put a little piece of butter on the baking pan and then one dough. Sprinkle the dough with nuts. Put grated apples there. Put the nuts on the apples again. Put the second dough on the top. Smear the top with the egg. Heat up the oven to 200 ℃ and put the pie inside. After thirty minutes take it out and decorate it with your fantasy.
